基于当前中国碳排放总量多、碳排放强度偏高和区域能源消费不平衡的现状,本文选取2004—2014年的数据,对中国在时间和空间两个维度上碳减排的驱动因素进行分解,得出碳减排的驱动因素主要有能源强度、能源结构、产业结构三方面,并提出创新开发低碳化生产技术、优化低碳化能源消费结构、调整低碳化产业结构、采用低碳化分区措施四个碳减排路径,以期推动实现低碳经济发展。
Based on the current situation of China’s total carbon emissions, high carbon emissions intensity and regional energy consumption imbalances, this paper selects data from 2004 to 2014 to decompose China’s drivers of carbon emission reductions in both time and space dimensions , The main drivers of carbon emission reduction are energy intensity, energy structure, industrial structure, and proposed innovation and development of low-carbon production technology, optimizing the structure of low-carbon energy consumption, adjusting the structure of low-carbon industries, the use of low-carbon zone measures four A carbon emission reduction path, with a view to promoting the development of low-carbon economy.
