本文通过对我国中小企业的现实特点进行分析,结合劳动合同法的实施要求,提出在现实情况下实施劳动合同法应对我国中小企业实行合理差别对待。
Based on the analysis of the actual characteristics of China's small and medium-sized enterprises and the requirements of the implementation of the labor contract law, this paper proposes that the implementation of the labor contract law should be treated appropriately in our country.
