近些年来,随着我国市场经济的快速发展,社会对于民航营运的需求日益扩大,为了更好地把握市场机遇、服务乘客,各个民航公司增加了飞机的数量,营运规模进一步扩大。然而,在不断扩展的业务范围的同时,也带来了一定的问题,例如维修人员严重不足,飞机安全管理方式方法的相对落后,安全管理理念的薄弱,人为造成的安全事故比比皆是等等。这为我国民航的营和乘客的生命与财产安全运带来了严重的威胁。因此,面对当前庞大的社会需求,必须要有效地提升民航飞机飞行安全管理水平与维修人员的技术能力,积极转变观念,树立新型安全管理理念,最大程度控制人为事故的产生,从而有效推动民航事业的又好又快发展。
