目的建立LC-MS/MS法测定人血浆中盐酸非那吡啶浓度。方法色谱柱为Capcell PAK C18,流动相为甲醇-10 mmol乙酸铵(85∶15,pH=4),流速为0.15 mL.min-1,电喷雾离子源(ESI),正离子方式检测,多反应监测(MRM)。结果盐酸非那吡啶的线性范围为0.2~50.0 ng.mL-1,日内、间差RSD均≤11.5%,提取回收率为≥60.2%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、快速,可用于人血浆盐酸非那吡啶浓度的测定。
Objective To establish a LC-MS / MS method for the determination of phenazopyridine hydrochloride in human plasma. Methods The column was Capcell PAK C18, the mobile phase was methanol-10 mmol ammonium acetate (85:15, pH = 4), the flow rate was 0.15 mL.min-1, electrospray ionization source Response Monitoring (MRM). Results The linear range of phenazopyridine hydrochloride was 0.2-50.0 ng.mL-1. The intra-and inter-standard RSDs were all ≤11.5%. The extraction recoveries were ≥60.2%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and rapid and can be used for the determination of phenazopyridine hydrochloride in human plasma.
