Objective: To investigate the impact of general health management on the development of early renal dysfunction in patients with metabolic syndrome. METHODS: A total of 100 patients with metabolic syndrome who were treated in Nanjing No.1 Hospital from May 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected. According to the order in which the patients came to the hospital for treatment, they were divided into control group and observation group. The two groups of patients took different interventions, for the control group of patients, the implementation of common intervention mode, while the observation group of patients, take a different model for its implementation of a comprehensive health management, were observed in two groups of patients after taking different intervention modes Urine microalbumin case. Results: At 6 months after the study, urinary microalbuminuria (15.75 ± 2.64) mg / L in patients with metabolic syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the patients with metabolic syndrome in the control group (17.45 ± 2.83) mg / L, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: The comprehensive health management mode has a certain effect on the protection of renal function in patients and is worth popularizing clinically.
