随着当前经济的快速发展,各行各业都逐渐兴起。化工经济就是在经济与科技等多重发展下所形成的一种特殊的经济形势。该种经济产业与传统的经济产业存在一定的差距,且传统的管理方式在该种经济产业中并不实用。尤其是,当前多数化工企业的产品销售区域较广,年均出口量相对较高,这也在一定程度上提高了其经济管理的复杂性。要想实现化工企业的长期发展,必须要就其资源进行配置,使得其得到资源利用最大化,达到生产效益的根本提高。同时,生产力水平的高低与经济管理也存在一定的联系,因此,在新形势下必须要就当前的化工经济管理方式进行优化。本文通过对化工企业经济管理的内涵加以解析,明确化工企业经济管理创新的重要性,并且就新形势下化工经济管理问题加以分析,提出在新形势下化工经济管理所面临的重难点。并且提出对已经的管理策略,希望能够为我国化工经济管理提供一定的参考,使得该行业的管理质量得以提升,为经济发展提供更大的助力。
With the rapid development of the current economy, all walks of life are gradually emerging. The chemical economy is a special kind of economic situation formed under the multiple development of economy and science and technology. There is a certain gap between this kind of economic industry and the traditional economic industry, and the traditional management method is not practical in this kind of economic industry. In particular, most chemical companies currently have a wide product sales area and a relatively high average annual export volume, which has also somewhat increased the complexity of their economic management. In order to realize the long-term development of the chemical industry, it is necessary to allocate its resources so as to maximize the utilization of resources and achieve a fundamental improvement in production efficiency. At the same time, there is also some connection between the level of productivity and economic management. Therefore, under the new situation, we must optimize the current chemical and economic management. Through analyzing the connotation of economic management in chemical industry, this paper clarifies the importance of economic management innovation in chemical industry and analyzes the problems of chemical economy management in the new situation. It puts forward the heavy and difficult points that chemical economy management faces in the new situation. And put forward the management strategy already, hoping to provide certain reference for China’s chemical industry and economy management so that the quality of the management of the industry can be improved, providing more help for economic development.
