水电建设征地移民安置涉及到社会经济领域的各个方面,移民安置工程工期长、变更频繁,尤其在青海少数民族地区,工程建设面临更为复杂的自然地理地质环境、宗教信仰、民族安定等问题,建设征地移民安置工程超投资现象尤为严重。总结积石峡水电站征地移民安置工作中遇到的问题,提出了合理性建议。
The land acquisition and resettlement of hydropower construction involves all aspects of the social economy. The resettlement works have a long construction period and frequent changes. Especially in the minority nationalities in Qinghai, the construction of the project faces more complex issues such as natural geography, geological environment, religious beliefs and ethnic stability. The phenomenon of over-investment in the construction of land acquisition and resettlement projects is particularly serious. Summarize the problems encountered in the resettlement of Jishixia hydropower station, and put forward the reasonable suggestions.
