我校教科室开展教科研活动主要从宏观控制和微观落实两方面作为工作抓手。首先从起步—发展—全员参与三方面进行宏观控制 ,纵向深入 ,形成科研的氛围 ;然后又从选题—整理资料—实施—总结四环节注重微观落实 ,加强实践指导 ,促进科研质量的提高 ,从而出现了一大批学者型教师 ,使学校步入良性发展轨道 ,成为科研先导型学校
