为了组织好警察伦理学课程统一考试的命题工作,按照《高等教育自学考试命题大纲》和《高等教育自学考试公安管理专业<公安决策学>自学考试大纲》的要求,制定本大纲。 一、命题指导思想 1.依照全国高等教育自学考试指导委员会的统一要求,严肃认真,慎重对待,坚持质量标准,切实做好考试工作。 2.公安决策学课程考试应考核应考者掌握基础知识、基本理论、基本方法的程度,以及运用所学理论知识分析问题和解决问题的能力,确保考试合格者达到全日制普通高等学校本专业相同课程的结业水平。 3.编制的试题和组配的试卷,应能引导社会助学全面系统地进行辅导,引导应考者认真、全面地学习指定的教材,系统掌握专业知识,培养和提高分析、解决实际问题的能力,树立良好的学风。 二、考试依据和范围 1.全国高等教育自学考试指导委员会颁发的本课程自学考试大纲。 2.人民警察高等教育规划教材《公安决策学》(公安部政治部编,中国人民公安大学出版社1996
