如果我们要拯救自然于毁灭,就必须给它明码标价?在南美洲国家圭亚那(Guyana)的热带雨林里,两个男人在尝试贩卖雨水。如果你当真想要的话,他们甚至还能卖给你泥土、生物多样性、固氮菌,以及别的任何东西。有兴趣买上一点什么吗?我想阁下是不会那么容易“上当”的。但事实上这两个人并不是什么街头骗子。正好相反,他们是在为拯救地球而进行一项严肃的实验:在利他主义和政治法规式微之际,貌似冷酷无情的自利主义是否能为我们赢得生机?
If we are to save nature and destroy it, we must give it a clear price tag. In the tropical rain forest of Guyana in South American countries, two men are trying to sell rainwater. They can even sell you dirt, biodiverse, Azotobacter, and anything else if you really want it. Are you interested in buying something? I think you will not be so easy “fooled ”. But in fact these two people is not a street liar. On the contrary, they are carrying out a solemn experiment to save the Earth: At a time when altruism and political laws and regulations are rare, can seemingly callous self-interest gain vitality for us?
