运用复合激发剂活化钢渣制备复合胶凝材料,用正交实验法确定激发剂的最佳配比;研究复合胶凝材料的抗压强度等性能;确定复合激发剂的最优组合,并研究复合激发剂掺入量对材料抗压强度的影响,结果显示复合激发剂最佳质量掺入量为3%;分析材料3 d2、8 d的水化矿物,结果表明,复合激发剂可激发制得净浆3 d抗压强度28 MPa、28 d抗压强度45 MPa的复合胶凝材料;微观分析显示,水化初期矿物以氢氧化钙和钙矾石为主,水化28 d生成大量的C-S-H凝胶,复合水泥强度大幅提高。
