大检修体系建设是国家电网公司“五大”建设任务之一,将变革电网“小而全”“小而散”的检修管理模式,组建省级检修公司,实现省内220KV及以上输变电设备的运维、检修集中一体化管理,充分发挥主网集中检修和地(市)输配电网属地管理的综合优势。从电网检修实际出发,分析当前主网属地检修管理存在的问题,探讨大检修体系建设中的标准化成本问题,是一件很有意义的事情。
