目的:探讨中西医结合治疗外伤性脊髓损伤并截瘫的临床效果。方法:2004年1月～2008年12月对外伤性脊髓损伤并截瘫的98例患者进行椎管减压内固定术及术后使用降纤酶,并配合中药治疗,治疗前后采用Barthel指数法对患者的日常生活活动(ADL)能力进行评定。结果:治疗后98例患者的Barthel指数评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:椎管减压内固定术及术后使用降纤酶,并配合中药治疗外伤性脊髓损伤并截瘫疗效显著。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on traumatic spinal cord injury and paraplegia. Methods: From January 2004 to December 2008, 98 patients with traumatic spinal cord injury and paraplegia underwent decompression and internal fixation and postoperative defibrase were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.
