以宁夏枸杞品种“宁杞1号”为试材,选取宁夏中宁、银川园林场地区的枸杞,在其叶面喷施不同浓度硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌进行试验,利用高效液相色谱仪、原子吸收仪分析喷施对枸杞中有效成分及微量元素含量的影响。结果表明:在设定的铁0.05%~0.20%、锌0.05%~0.15%施用浓度范围,中宁、银川地区枸杞有效成分及微量元素积累趋势基本一致,均表现为随着施用浓度的增加,枸杞有效成分及微量元素均显著提高,到达一定量后,则随着施用浓度的增加,有效成分及微量元素含量呈下降的变化趋势,因此最适宜的喷施浓度为0.10%铁-0.05%锌。
