以磁体馈线系统线圈终端盒外壳体为例,基于公差分析软件CETOL6σ建立零件尺寸链,对其模型进行分析。在产品设计阶段研究不同基准下尺寸公差分析,通过对建立的模型尺寸链进行分析,然后从分析结果中得出尺寸链中重要尺寸,保证重要尺寸及公差以保证产品质量。该方法为提高产品加工质量提供一定的指导,并且缩短了产品周期。
Taking the case of the coil terminal box of the magnet feeder system as an example, the dimension chain of the part is established based on the tolerance analysis software CETOL6σ, and its model is analyzed. In the stage of product design, dimensional tolerance analysis under different benchmarks is studied. By analyzing the established model dimension chain, the important dimensions in the dimension chain are obtained from the analysis results, and the important dimensions and tolerances are guaranteed to ensure the product quality. The method provides some guidance for improving the quality of product processing, and shortens the product cycle.
