淮北矿区地质条件较为复杂,煤层埋藏较深,普遍回采范围在-300~1 000 m之间,以中厚煤层为主,缓斜煤层为主。其中8煤煤层煤质松软、瓦斯含量较大、喷孔严重,钻孔施工喷孔时产生大量煤岩粉。个别矿区受火成岩侵入影响,瓦斯含量大、喷孔严重,如海孜煤矿、杨柳煤矿,瓦斯治理工程量非常大。淮北矿业集团公司高度重视,不断寻求瓦斯治理的有效途径,结合淮北矿区的实际情况提出了“钻、割、冲、运”一体化技术,能够有效提高瓦斯治理效率、效果。
