基于时间的定期检测方法往往导致大型原油储罐的失修或过修,如何确定合理的原油储罐内检测周期对于平衡原油储罐的安全运行要求和检测费用具有重要意义。提出了基于RBI技术的内检测周期预测方法,研究发现随着可接受风险的增加,预测的储罐内检测周期也逐渐增加。介绍了确定原油储罐可接受风险的方法,并通过此方法确定3.54×104为原油储罐的可接受风险值。对于腐蚀相对严重且内检测周期较短的储罐,与RBI方法相比,基于Gumbel方法预测的内检测周期相对保守。与基于RBI技术预测的内检测周期相比,国内标准SY/T5921-2000对储罐内检测周期的要求较保守,推荐采用基于RBI技术确定原油储罐的内检测周期。(表4,图3,参19)
Time-based periodic inspection methods often result in the disrepair or over-repair of large-scale crude oil storage tanks. How to determine a reasonable detection cycle in crude oil storage tanks is of great significance for balancing the safe operation requirements and testing costs of crude oil storage tanks. A method of RBI prediction based on RBI technology is proposed. It is found that with the increase of acceptable risk, the predicted detection cycle in the storage tank also increases gradually. The method to determine the acceptable risk of a crude oil storage tank is introduced. Through this method, an acceptable risk value of 3.54 × 104 for a crude oil storage tank is determined. For tanks with relatively severe corrosion and shorter internal inspection intervals, the internal inspection cycles predicted based on the Gumbel method are relatively conservative compared to the RBI method. Compared with the internal inspection cycle based on the RBI technology prediction, the domestic standard SY / T5921-2000 has more conservative requirements on the inspection cycle in the storage tank. It is recommended to determine the internal inspection cycle of the crude oil storage tank based on the RBI technology. (Table 4, Figure 3, reference 19)
