采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术结合气相色谱 质谱(GC MS)分析了生姜中的挥发性化合物.用膜厚为100μm的聚二甲基硅氧烷纤维头萃取新鲜生姜中的挥发性化合物,纤维头在温度为250℃气化室进样口脱附3min.通过顶空SPME GC MS方法从生姜中共分离和鉴定出36个化合物.其中主要的化合物为α 水芹烯,莰烯,里哪醇,香叶醛,姜烯,倍半水芹烯,橙花醛,α 没药烯,α 姜黄烯,由色谱峰的峰面积比例计算出各个化合物的相对含量.研究和讨论了影响SPME条件的参数,包括吸附时间、温度、脱附时间等.
Volatile compounds in ginger were analyzed by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) .The volatile compounds in fresh ginger were extracted with polydimethylsiloxane fiber with membrane thickness of 100 μm, The fiber heads were desorbed for 3 min at a gasification chamber inlet at a temperature of 250 ° C.
