以百日草为试验材料,测定了在链霉菌769诱导下百日草生长势的变化及植株体内与抗病相关酶的活性变化。结果表明,在喷施104cfu/mL链霉菌769的影响下,百日草株高、节间长和花梗长与对照相比显著缩短,而节数却显著增加,这种变化使百日草植株趋向于矮化和多分枝。同时,链霉菌769亦可诱导与抗病相关酶的活性变化。其中SOD、PAL的活性与对照相比持续增强,CAT的活性与对照相比持续下降。试验表明,链霉菌769可激发植株早期防御反应,增强其对植物病害的抗性。
Taking Zinnia elegans as the test material, the change of the growth potential of Zinnia elegans under the induction of Streptomyces 769 and the activity change of enzymes involved in the disease resistance in plants were determined. The results showed that under the influence of 104cfu / mL streptomyces 769, the height, internode length and pedicel length of Zinnia elegans were significantly shortened compared with the control, but the number of nodes was significantly increased.
