1 病例摘要患者女,44岁。因左额部起皮疹并逐渐增大伴瘙痒44年,于2014年10月到我科就诊。患者于1970年出生时家人发现其左额部有一豌豆大黄褐色斑块,呈蜡样光泽,表面粗糙且无毛发生长,无明显自觉症状,未予处理。此后皮疹随年龄增长逐渐缓慢增大且表面隆起。患者既往体健,家族中无类似病史。体格检查:全身系统检查无异常。实验室及辅助检查:血、尿、粪常规,肝、肾功能,凝血六项
1 Case summary Female patient, 44 years old. Due to a rash on the left forehead and a gradual increase in pruritus for 44 years, he visited our department in October 2014. When the patient was born in 1970, his family found a ruddy brown patch on his left forehead, showing waxy luster, a rough surface and no hair growth, no apparent symptoms, and no treatment.
