Time, place: May 25, 1989 ~ May 27 and May 29 ~ 31 in Beijing and Hangzhou respectively. Attendees: The seminar was jointly organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Commissioned by China Agricultural Engineering Research and Design Institute and Zhejiang Provincial Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry organized specific seminars. The chairman of the Dutch party for the two places was G.J. van Empel, agricultural counselor of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The Chinese president of Beijing Conference is Tao Dinglai, a professor-level senior engineer of China Agricultural Engineering Research and Design Institute. The Chinese side of the Hangzhou meeting
