“有什么样的教师,就有什么样的教育。”教师的发展决定着教育的发展,决定着学生的发展,决定着课程的发展。而教师专业化发展又决定着教师的发展,它不但是学校教育质量的根本保证,更是教师教育内涵不断提升的动力之源和可持续发展的关键因素。关于教师专业化发展的问题,无论是在理论还是在实践层面上,都已有了较多的论述。下面,就自己在教育教学实践上的感悟,谈三点粗浅的认识。
“What kind of teacher, what kind of education.” The development of teachers determines the development of education, determines the development of students, determines the development of the curriculum. Teachers’ professional development also determines the development of teachers. It is not only the fundamental guarantee for the quality of school education, but also the source of continuous improvement of teacher education and the key factor of sustainable development. On the issue of teacher professional development, both in theory and practice level, have been more discussion. Here, on their own practice in education and teaching insights, talk about three superficial understanding.
