结合国内水体下采煤经验,在分析研究了潞安集团高河煤矿矿井充水因素、覆岩结构、导水裂隙带和计算防水安全煤岩柱等工作的基础上,对浊漳河下采用“分层综采”与采用“综采放顶煤”技术开采3#煤层可行性进行了评价,最终选定“综采放顶煤”一次采全高。
