高能拍瓦激光器系统中的空间滤波器透镜的色差会影响聚焦强度。研究了用衍射器件预校正系统轴向色差的可行性及设计方法,并给出具体的设计实例。结果表明,单片衍射器件可以预补偿高能拍瓦激光系统的轴向色差,且其总光焦度为零易于使用,特征线宽为数微米。为高能拍瓦激光系统的色差校正提供了一种新的解决思路。
Chromatic aberration of the spatial filter lens in a high-energy patched laser system can affect the focus intensity. The feasibility and design method of using the diffraction device to pre-calibrate the axial chromatic aberration of the system are studied. The design examples are also given. The results show that the monolithic diffractive device can pre-compensate the axial chromatic aberration of the high energy watt-hour laser system with zero total power and easy to use characteristic linewidth of several micrometers. It provides a new solution to the chromatic aberration correction of the high-energy pico-watt laser system.
