桂枝汤源于《伤寒论》,为群方之冠,它的类方亦很多,张仲景早有精辟的论述,历代医家通过临床实践,运用的范围不断扩大。近代科学的药理试验,对它的作用更有新的了解,运用亦更加广泛。笔者通过学习,试结合临床体会概述如下。一、桂枝汤方是由桂枝、芍药、甘草、生姜、红枣组成,仲景用于治疗太阳中风证。成无已说:“桂味辛热,用以为君.必谓桂犹圭也,宜导诸药为之先聘,是犹辛甘发散为阳之意。盖发散风邪,必以辛为主,故桂枝所以为君也.芍药味苦酸微 Guizhi Tang originated from the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” and was the highest in the group. It also had many kinds of classes. Zhang Zhongjing had an incisive exposition. The scope of the use of doctors has been continuously expanded through clinical practice. The pharmacological experiments in modern science have more new understanding of its role and are more widely used. Through the study, the author combined the clinical experience outlined below. First, Guizhi Tangfang is composed of cassia twig, peony, licorice, ginger, and red dates. Zhongjing is used to treat sunstroke syndromes. Cheng Wu has said: "Gan Wei Xin hot, for the king. Will be Gui Guiyu also, should be guided by the drug for the first appointment, is still willing to disperse the sun for the Italian. Cover hair scattered evil, must be Xin Lord, so the Guizhi is therefore Jun Ye.
