搞报道时间稍长一点的通讯员大都掌握这样一个规律:短稿大都比长稿容易见报,短的报道所具有的优势比长的要多、要强、要大。道理大家都明白,那么为什么大多数通讯员实际写起稿子来却偏爱就长避短呢?我感觉,这里的原因很多。除了有通讯员片面认为,文章长短决定着典型的轻重,作者水平的高低,才有上头条和获奖机会,才有资格同别人比试外,来自单位领导的“压力”也是一个重要因素。我认识一个老通讯员,聊天中,他倒出了心里话儿:部队领导和编辑部,好象是两块夹板,一头说,“要写大稿、长稿,只有长稿才有宣传力,新闻价值 Most correspondents who reported for a longer period of time had a rule like this: most of the drafts were easier to read than the drafts, and the advantages of the shorter stories were more than those of the longer ones.
