通过对普碳钢进行成分微调以及利用控轧控冷工艺在本钢热连轧生产线上开发研制了晶粒尺寸为4~6μm,抗拉强度达550 MPa的低成本高强度商用车车轮钢板。研究结果表明,该钢具有良好的塑性、低温韧性和焊接性能。对Q235B、双相钢DP590和试轧钢板进行的扩孔试验结果表明,试轧钢板亦具有良好的延伸凸缘性能。在某车轮厂,以试轧钢板为材料进行了轮辐试制并对总成车轮进行了动态弯曲疲劳试验。结果表明,轮辐成形合格率达到99%以上,并且在车轮质量降低10%时仍保持较高的疲劳寿命。
The low cost and high strength commercial steel wheel plate with grain size of 4 ~ 6μm and tensile strength of 550 MPa has been developed on the continuous hot rolling mill of Benxi Iron and Steel Co. The results show that the steel has good ductility, low temperature toughness and weldability. The results of the hole expansion test on Q235B, DP590 dual-phase steel and trial-rolled steel show that the test-rolled steel plate also has good extension flange performance. At a wheel factory, the trial-rolled steel plate was used as the material for spoke trial production and the assembly wheel was subjected to dynamic bending fatigue test. The results show that the passing rate of forming spokes is over 99%, and the fatigue life is maintained even when the wheel quality is reduced by 10%.
