Shanghai is an all-embracing city. Shanghai’s cuisine includes almost all kinds of Chinese cuisine. In the early 1990s, “Shanghai people ate national cuisine.” Today, delicacies from all over the world bloom everywhere. Shanghai Food Street is mostly adjacent to the bustling commercial center. Under today’s market mechanism, the visual environmental factors are also the key points to increase its added value. Together with the quality and characteristics of the restaurant itself, the food street features an integrated image to promote consumption, such as the ancient traditional charm of Chenghuangmiao Food Street , Wujiang Road Food Street, casual atmosphere and secular atmosphere, Zhapu Road, the Yellow River Road Food Street, compact and vibrant, Hongji Leisure Square, fashion vitality, etc., are different from their market positioning and consumer objects with different characteristics, thus forming a unique food Street culture.
