一、案例背景在七年级跨越式跳高单元教学中,笔者上了本单元的第1次课——学习过杆与落地技术。本课目标主要是进一步学习助跑与起跳的基本动作方法,体验两腿摆动依次过杆的动作方法,发展弹跳能力与提高学习的积极性。针对学生在学习过程中的畏惧心理,采用橡皮筋和横杆使学生进行双重体验,能够正确认知和体验跨越式跳高的过杆技术。
First, the case background In the seventh grade leapfrog unit teaching, the author on the first lesson of this unit - learning over the bar and landing techniques.
