在人类社会整体步入视觉文化和多媒体时代的当下,迈克尔·贝电影呈现奇观化倾向,有其偶然性,其中有他对影像美学的一贯诉求。但对于整个电影事业,我们更应该探究影像奇观呈现的必然因素,电影影像奇观化走向是其本性的凸显,体制内生存的迈克尔·贝自然无法超越。此外,电影日益强化的商业体制、受众的影像消费需求以及电影叙事的需求等,都是其选择奇观影像作为电影表述方法的重要原因。
