优质的售后服务成为汽车企业差异化经营的低成本手段。而我国的汽车服务业与世界发达国家存在着极大的差距,应找到这些差距,采取相应的策略,提高我国汽车售后服务的水平,发展民族汽车工业。
High-quality after-sales service to become a differentiated car business low-cost means. However, there is a huge gap between China’s automobile service industry and the developed countries in the world. It is necessary to find such gaps and adopt corresponding strategies to improve the level of China’s automobile after-sales service and develop the national automobile industry.
