在分析航材消耗件需求规律的基础上,提出了一种基于多元函数的消耗件经济订货批量模型。结合实际数据定义模型参数,利用非线性约束下的广义拉格朗日乘数法即Kuhn-Tucker最优化条件求解模型极值,最终得到基于最佳订货周期和最小费用的最佳订货量。
Based on the analysis of demand rules of consumable parts for aviation materials, a batch model of consumable parts economic ordering based on multivariate function is proposed. The model parameters are defined according to the actual data, and the extreme value of the model is solved by the generalized Lagrange multiplier method under non-linear constraints, ie the Kuhn-Tucker optimization condition. Finally, the optimal order quantity based on the best ordering cycle and the minimum cost is obtained.
