当前,国内外对植物体内游离脯氨酸含量的变化与植物抗逆性关系的研究日益增多,一般认为,作物体内脯氨酸代谢与作物抗(旱)性密切有关。最近研究表明脯氨酸的遗传力为0.51,它的遗传受三对基因控制;甚至有人试图利用遗传工程的方法研究脯氨酸的合成和提高作物的抗逆性。然而,目前在果树上类似的研究报道尚少,尤其关于葡萄种间游离脯氨酸含量变化与抗(旱)性之间的关系还未见报道,为了探明不同葡萄种间游离脯氨酸含量的差异,为进一步探讨葡萄抗逆性的生理指标提供依据,我们进行了葡萄种间游离脯氨酸含量的分析研究。
At present, there are increasing researches on the relationship between the change of free proline content and stress resistance in plants at home and abroad. It is generally believed that proline metabolism in crops is closely related to crop resistance (drought). Recent studies have shown that the heritability of proline is 0.51, and its inheritance is controlled by three pairs of genes. Some people even tried to use genetic engineering methods to study the synthesis of proline and improve the stress resistance of crops. However, there are few researches reported on fruit trees, especially the relationship between free proline content and resistance to drought (drought) in grapevines. In order to find out the relationship between free proline Content differences, in order to further explore the physiological indicators of grape resistance to provide the basis for the grape we study the free proline content.
