目的观察不同加载时间青少年微种植体的成功率。方法选择处于生长发育期的青少年正畸患者45例作为青少年组,成人正畸患者35例作为成人组,共植入微种植体160枚,微种植体承载约150g正畸力,分别对其种植后即刻加载、种植后2、4、8周后加载的稳定性进行统计分析。结果青少年组的总成功率高于成年组(P<0.05);2组不同加载时间脱落率分别进行组内两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生长期青少年微种植体可以早期加载以缩短正畸矫治疗程。
Objective To observe the success rate of young micro-implants with different loading time. Methods 45 cases of adolescent orthodontic patients were selected as adolescent group and 35 cases of adult orthodontic patients as adolescent group. 160 micro implants were implanted. Micro-implants bearing about 150g orthodontic force, Immediately after loading, 2, 4, 8 weeks after planting stability of the statistical analysis. Results The total success rate of adolescent group was higher than that of adult group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Adolescent micro-implants can be loaded early to shorten the period of orthodontic treatment.
