1998年,为了协调和组织全校的非洲研究,北京大学成立了综合性和跨学科、跨院系(所)的非洲研究机构——北京大学非洲研究中心。它是在北京大学亚非研究所的基础上成立的,是中国较早研究非洲问题的高校中心。中心的主要任务是协调和组织全校的非洲研究,举办报告会、讨论会和讲座,协助培养硕士和博士生,接受来自校内外的咨询和人才培训任务,组织和推进国内外各种学术交流。北大非洲研究中心曾出版《北京大学非洲研究论
In 1998, in order to coordinate and organize school-wide African studies, Peking University established a comprehensive and interdisciplinary interdisciplinary institute for African Studies, Peking University Center for African Studies. It was founded on the foundation of the Asian-African Institute of Peking University and was the center of China’s earlier university to study Africa. The main tasks of the center are to coordinate and organize school-wide African studies, hold lectures, seminars and lectures, assist in the training of master’s and doctoral students, receive advice and training from inside and outside the school, and organize and promote various academic exchanges both at home and abroad.
