利用60Coγ射线对松花粉进行辐照消毒灭菌,取代传统的化学灭菌和高压灭菌方法,研究不同辐照剂量对松花粉的灭菌效应及贮藏效果,在实验贮藏期间定期检测样品的细菌和霉菌总数.同时还对蛋白质、氨基酸、微量元素等营养成分进行了分析,根据实验数据得出,一定的辐照灭菌剂量对营养成分基本上没有影响,确定了松花粉最佳辐照灭菌剂量在6~12kGy
