紫杉醇是从紫杉或者红豆杉中提取的一种天然抗癌药[1,2],白色结晶粉末,不溶于水,易溶于氯仿、丙酮等有机溶剂。紫杉醇对一些癌症的疗效非常好,它作用于肿瘤细胞与肿瘤细胞微管蛋白拮抗并防止有丝分裂[3,4],是治疗晚期癌症的药物。紫杉醇在临床应用中已经显示了惊人的效果,对于治疗乳腺癌、子宫颈癌、皮肤癌以及脑癌取得了显著的进展[5]。近年来众多学者致力于抗肿瘤药物的研究,本文对紫杉醇体内药物浓度测定及药代动力学方面的研究进行综述。
Paclitaxel is a natural anticancer drug extracted from yew or yew [1, 2], a white crystalline powder that is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents such as chloroform and acetone. Paclitaxel works very well for some cancers and acts on the tumor cells to antagonize tuberculin and prevent mitosis [3,4], a drug used to treat advanced cancers. Paclitaxel has shown remarkable efficacy in clinical applications and has made significant progress in the treatment of breast cancer, cervical cancer, skin cancer and brain cancer [5]. In recent years, many scholars devoted themselves to the study of anticancer drugs, this article reviews the study of the drug concentration and pharmacokinetics of paclitaxel in vivo.
