目的:研究彝药透骨草的化学成分,为探究其活性物质奠定基础。方法:反复运用正相硅胶柱色谱、重结晶、制备高效液相等手段,从透骨草的乙醇提取物中分离纯化单体化合物,并运用MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、2D-NMR等波谱方法鉴定所分离化合物的结构。结果:从透骨草的乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:熊果酸(1)、槲皮素(2)、异香草酸(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、阿糖腺苷(5)。结论:其中,化合物2~5均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Huayucao herb and lay a foundation for exploring its active substances. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified from the ethanol extract of Fructus Aurantii by silica gel column chromatography, recrystallization and high performance liquid chromatography. MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and 2D-NMR Equivalent spectral structure of the isolated compounds identified. Results: Five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Fructus Aurantii and identified as ursolic acid (1), quercetin (2), isoxanthone (3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid Adenosine (5). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2 ~ 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
