论述国内外关于Web资源保存研究的几个热点问题:Web资源采集策略问题;采集与保存的技术问题;法律问题;保存责任问题和资金问题。在对上述问题进行详细论述的基础上,结合我国现状,提出建立中国国家Web资源保存的战略机制;选择合理的技术方案;研究与实践同步进行;建立广泛的合作机制的解决方案。
Discusses several hot issues at home and abroad on the research of Web resource preservation: the strategy of Web resources collection; the technical problems of collection and preservation; the legal issues; the preservation of responsibility and funding issues. On the basis of the detailed discussion of the above issues and the current situation in our country, we put forward the strategic mechanism of establishing the preservation of China’s national Web resources, selecting reasonable technical solutions, conducting research and practice simultaneously, and establishing a wide range of solutions for cooperation mechanisms.
