本文从滇中城市群的发展条件入手,分析了滇中城市群的区域经济发展阶段、发展水平,从而得出滇中城市群的经济发展基本功能定位为集散、生产、管理、服务和创新五大功能.滇中城市群可以作为经济发展的增长极,带动云南省的经济发展.
