17-α-乙炔雌三醇(简称‘522’)、雌三醇(简称‘500’)、茜草双酯(简称‘双酯’)对狗和小鼠急性放射损伤有较好的防治效果。它们都有照前照后给药有效的特点,表现在提高30天活存率,促进多向造血干细胞增殖和加速恢复等功效。但在体外条件下,照后加药对造血干细胞的作用如何尚未加以研究。本文就体外加入‘522’、‘500’、‘双酯’于细胞悬液,观察对人和小鼠骨髓造血干细胞起何作用,为了解这些药物的抗放原理提供依据。
17-α-acetylene estriol (abbreviated as ‘522’), estriol (abbreviated as ’500’), and valerian diester (abbreviated as “diester”) have a good preventive effect on acute radiation damage in dogs and mice. They are all effective according to the pre-irradiation and they are shown to increase the survival rate of 30 days, promote the proliferation of multi-directional hematopoietic stem cells and accelerate the recovery. However, under the in vitro conditions, the effect of post-dosing on hematopoietic stem cells has not been studied. In this paper, ‘522’, ‘500’, and ‘double esters’ were added to the cell suspension in vitro to observe the effect on human and mouse bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells, and to provide basis for understanding the anti-radiation principle of these drugs.
