蛛网膜下腔出血的病人有1/3以上,在出血后的某时间可发生脑血管痉挛,企图解除血管的痉挛至今仅取得极有限的成效。新近实验性工作提示环一磷酸腺甙(cAMP)对控制血管平滑肌有重要的作用。(参阅本期《有关血管平滑肌药理学的进展》一文)异丙基肾上腺素就是这样一种药物,它能加强腺甙酸环化酶(adenylate cyclase)的活性,曾被应用于治疗脑血管痉挛。本文报导12例蛛网膜下腔出血后的脑血管痉挛,用两种能增加cAMP含量的药物治疗的初步经验。
Subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with more than 1/3, at some time after bleeding can occur cerebral vasospasm, in an attempt to relieve vasospasm so far achieved only a very limited success. Recent experimental work suggests that cAMP may play an important role in the regulation of vascular smooth muscle. (See Current Issue on Progress in Vascular Smooth Muscle Pharmacology.) Isoproterenol is one such drug that enhances the activity of adenylate cyclase and has been used to treat cerebral vasospasm . This article reports on 12 cases of cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage with two initial experiences with medications that increase cAMP levels.
