Combined with the actual situation, this paper analyzes the ideas and tactics of the follow-up industrial development of returning land for farming to forestry to increase rural economy and farmers’ income, elaborates the achievements made in the follow-up industry development of returning farmland to forestry in Mianchi County, analyzes the existing problems and their causes, solutions.
