采用实时直接分析(DART)离子源结合飞行时间质谱法(TOF-MS),提出了一种快速筛查毒品检材中安非他明类物质的方法。DART离子源温度400℃,栅极电压200V,进样速率0.4mm·s~(-1)。飞行时间质谱中选择正离子模式,孔1电压为30V和60V,分析8种安非他明类物质。通过得到的具有精确相对分子质量的准分子离子峰和两个以上的碎片离子峰建立筛查数据库,对检材中的安非他明类物质进行快速定性分析。8种安非他明类物质的检出限在0.05~0.1mg·L~(-1)之间。并分析了8种安非他明类物质在DART离子源下的裂解规律。
A real-time direct analysis (DART) ion source combined with time-of-flight mass spectrometry (TOF-MS) was proposed to rapidly screen amphetamines in drug samples. DART ion source temperature 400 ℃, gate voltage 200V, sampling rate 0.4mm · s ~ (-1). In the time-of-flight mass spectrometry, the positive ion mode was selected. The voltage of hole 1 was 30V and 60V, and 8 kinds of amphetamines were analyzed. A screening database of quasi-molecular ion peaks with accurate relative molecular mass and two or more fragment ion peaks was established to rapidly and qualitatively analyze amphetamine-like substances in the samples. The detection limits of eight amphetamine-type substances ranged from 0.05 to 0.1 mg · L -1. The cleavage patterns of eight amphetamine-type substances under DART ion source were analyzed.
