本文笔者通过对《华洋诉讼判决录》的解读来了解西方列强领事裁判权的削弱过程,同时介绍清末民初司法制度的具体内容,还对当时法律渊源的适用原则进行探寻,最后总结它的两点经验启示。
Through the interpretation of “Huayang Lawsuit Judgment Record”, the author understands the weakening process of Western consular jurisdiction.
