以甘蔗属优良甘蔗新品种(系)为母本,以收集于广西的河八王属材料为父本进行有性杂交,利用SSR标记对获得的杂种进行真实性鉴定。从70对甘蔗SSR引物中筛选出9对用于对5个甘蔗×河八王组合的57个杂交后代植株进行鉴定,结果表明,其中有14株具有双亲特征带,确定为真杂种。SSR标记可用于甘蔗河八王杂种真实性鉴定,研究结果为甘蔗野生种质河八王属植物的杂交利用及相关基础研究奠定了良好的基础。
Using the new sugarcane varieties (lines) of Sugarcane as the female parent, sexual hybrids were made from the genus Hephaestus collected in Guangxi, and the authenticity of the hybrids was identified by SSR markers. Ninety-seven pairs of SSR primers were screened from 70 SSR primers for identification of 57 hybrid progeny combinations of 5 sugarcane × Hebacus hybrids. The results showed that 14 of them had the parental bands and were identified as true hybrids. SSR markers can be used for authenticity identification of sugarcane River Hwangwang hybrids, and the results provide a good foundation for the hybridization and related basic research of the wild plants of Hachiana in sugarcane.
