目的探讨内镜下尼龙绳套扎联合高频电凝切术治疗消化道大息肉的使用方法,并评价其疗效及安全性。方法对44例48枚消化道大息肉(>10mm)先行尼龙绳套扎,再行高频电凝切除;2周后内镜复查创面愈合情况。结果44例中42例一次性套扎并切除成功,成功率为93.7%;2例无法套扎而改其他方法治疗。术中发生渗血2例,均微波止血成功,无大出血及穿孔病例。2周后复查发现33例创面完全愈合,6例创面处浅溃疡,3例创面仍有残留组织。结论内镜下尼龙绳套扎联合高频电凝切术治疗消化道大息肉是一种疗效与安全兼顾的好方法。
Objective To investigate the use of endoscopic nylon ligation combined with high-frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of digestive polyps and to evaluate its efficacy and safety. Methods 44 cases of 48 digestive polyps (> 10mm) were ligated with nylon rope before high frequency electrocoagulation. The healing of wounds was examined by endoscopy after 2 weeks. Results Of the 44 cases, 42 cases were successfully ligated and resected successfully, with a success rate of 93.7%. Two cases could not be treated by ligation instead of other methods. Intraoperative bleeding occurred in 2 cases, both successful microwave hemostasis, no bleeding and perforation cases. After 2 weeks of review, 33 cases of wounds healed completely, 6 cases of superficial ulcers on the wound surface and 3 cases of residual wounds remained. Conclusion Endoscopic nylon ligation combined with high-frequency electrocoagulation in the treatment of digestive polyps is a good method of both efficacy and safety.
