加热炉支管温度平衡系统是一个多变量、非线性、强耦合的复杂过程,当应用传统预测控制方法时,控制量的获得需要在线求解一个多变量、多约束的非线性规划问题,传统非线性规划方法求解该类问题时易收敛到非法解或局部极小。针对上述问题提出一种基于差分进化(differential evolution,DE)算法的预测控制,使用DE算法在线求解涉及的优化问题获得控制量。为了验证方法的有效性,对基于DE算法的预测控制器进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,所提出的方法有着很好的跟踪性能,并且对干扰有较强的鲁棒性,提高了系统的控制效果。
When using traditional predictive control method, obtaining control variables requires solving a multivariable and multi-constrained nonlinear programming problem online. The traditional nonlinearity Planning methods to solve such problems easily converge to illegal or local minimum. Aiming at the above problems, a predictive control based on the differential evolution (DE) algorithm is proposed. The DE algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem involved online to obtain the control variables. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, the predictive controller based on DE algorithm is simulated. The simulation results show that the proposed method has good tracking performance, strong robustness against interference and improved system control performance.
