实施大学生科研训练计划是提高大学生创新能力,增强学生综合素质,满足社会人才发展需要的重要措施。本文以西南交通大学电气工程学院开展大学生科研训练计划为例,论述学院开展大学生科研训练计划的做法、特点,针对实施过程中存在的问题提出解决办法和建议。 Carrying out the scientific research and training program for college students is an important measure to improve the creative ability of college students, enhance their comprehensive qualities and meet the needs of social talents development. In this paper, Southwest Jiaotong University School of Electrical Engineering undergraduate research training program as an example to discuss the college to carry out scientific research and training programs for college students practices, characteristics, in view of the problems in the implementation process to put forward solutions and suggestions.
