本院自1981年以来采用Denis—Browne改良术治疗先天性尿道下裂32例,疗效较好。年龄2～20岁,尿道下裂类型:阴茎型11例,阴茎阴囊型19例,会阴型2例。距一期手术时间4个月～4年。 结果:三层缝合法22例,其中钢丝缝合法15例,丝线缝合法7例,均治愈。二层缝合
